Mr. Rohit Shetty is an Indian Director, Television presenter, and Producer. He is one of the most successful filmmakers. Mr. Rohit Shetty is one of the most famous directors for his movies Singham and Golmaal. Chennai Express, a big movie based in South India has been part of people’s choice. 

Rohit Shetty, the filmmaker has come up with a huge number of films but he is famous for his dare-devil stunts. Khatro Ke Khiladi season makes one of the top grossers with TRP’s that are always on high. The various other projects see him as a charming personality whereas his movies have jeeps flying all over. Mr. Rohit Shetty has come up with a newly constructed high-rise in Juhu Towers. It is with veteran actor-neighbour Shatrughan Sinha’s nine-story bungalow, Ramayan. Rohit Shetty moved to the top two floors of the newly constructed 10-storey building at Juhu. The filmmaker has the intention to put the property name “Ishaan”. But now the property has been named “Shetty Tower”. The first four floors of the high-rise come with an expansive parking facility. It has high-end cars although the rest of the floors will be on rent. The building has been under construction for the last year while a security cabin and garden have been constructed. 

A source close to the filmmaker has given details to mirror as Rohit comes up with a fully functional office with terrace seating. It adds to the production house at Andheri and will not be moving to his workplace, the new building. He gets his new home and lives there.

Rohit Shetty has been planning to come up with huge developments. His wish is to be part of a prime real estate projects in Mumbai for the past decade. His hard work and success helped him to get his dream property in Juhu. He earlier used to live in a small apartment in Dahisar in suburban Mumbai.

He is one of India’s highest-grosser filmmakers with most of his movies becoming blockbusters. People could be seen flocking to theatres but when you see the movies it is about Police portraying them as superheroes. Then there are movies such as Golmaal which comes as slapstick comedy which is not near to Amol Palekar’s movie. The young generation heroes are like them who show no hard work to earn money but through poor tactics, and antics and most of them open up and fly their pants in the air to become a new set of playboys.
