Pari Chowk Near Property Project, Greater Noida

Pari Chowk is one of the most significant property development zones that has made premium property in new developments. The project area is just out of the world. It seems so because of greenery, beautiful sculptures, and the connectivity that comes with the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. The commercial and residential project offers all amenities, better specifications, and well-defined lifestyle services. The standard of lifestyle will be better managed. Today, we have everyone from Adani to Ambani, but they have no better town planners to make them feel good. This is the reason we have people shifting base to Luxembourg and other countries.

When you have good and rich people moving out of a locality or country, then hooligans take in. Showing red flags to people from other nationalities but giving them visa-free residential status. This will all affect the long run. Now, getting back towards Pari Chowk, the project is near NSEZ, Techzone IV and V. It has multiple developments with IT/ITES. The modern and swanky developments have given better pricing structures. Although I was amazed to see on the news channel about people from Varanasi opposing the highway projects. They were asking what we have to do with highways when Manduadih is available, but we do not have jobs. It shows how creativity and development take a back seat when it reaches Eastern UP and Bihar. They have all the means to reach and work in small IT companies, but cannot develop their own area with SEZ. Here, India lacks when it comes to growing on its own.

Even if the Central Government is spending huge sums of money to develop India on the same scale as metro cities. But the question mark is in their credibility when they ask for big corporations. What a foolish way to demonstrate solar panels in between the railway tracks at Varanasi, diesel engine units.
