Unitech was founded in 1971 by a team of technocrats. It is a prominent player in India's real estate sector. Initially, it was a consultancy firm specializing in soil and foundation engineering. Unitech has diversified to offer various real estate products. These include commercial complexes, IT/ITes parks, SEZs, and integrated residential developments. Unitech also develops schools, hotels, malls, golf courses, and amusement parks.

With more than 100 residential projects completed to date, Unitech's portfolio showcases a spectrum of offerings. Nirvana Country in Gurgaon exemplifies an integrated development featuring villas, apartments, offices, retail spaces, schools, and clubs. Vista Villas in Greenwood City presents a sprawling expanse of landscaped meadows adorned with Mediterranean-inspired villas, blending elegance and functionality seamlessly into the lush surroundings.

Continuing to set benchmarks in luxurious living spaces nationwide, Unitech's ventures include Karma Lakelands, spanning approximately 300 acres of pristine landscapes, and Nirvana Country 2, a coveted 100-acre integrated township nestled in the serene locales of Sohna Road, Gurgaon. The Unitech Golf and Country Club, occupying 347 acres off the expressway in Noida, offers ultra-luxury living with sweeping views of a signature golf course, marking it as a prestigious upcoming address.

Unitech's expertise extends to developing and leasing Grade 'A' IT/ITes and commercial office spaces in Gurgaon's renowned complexes such as Cyber Park, Signature Towers, Global Business Parks, Unitech Business Park, Unitech Trade Centre, Millenium Plaza, and Unitech Corporate Park. Unitech's recent projects feature a range of new additions to its portfolio, such as Signature Towers II, Nirvana Courtyards II, Uniworld Towers, and Infospace in Gurgaon. Moreover, the launch of Bhubaneshwar 1 in Bhubaneshwar adds to the company's recent developments.

Unitech has expanded its presence in the retail sector with successful ventures like Metro Walk in Rohini, The Great India Place in Noida, and Central in Gurgaon. Currently, the company is constructing 4.5 million sq. ft. of retail space in cities such as Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. Other cities include Bhopal, Mysore, Mangalore, Lucknow, Kochi, and various others across the country. In addition, Unitech's recent projects include Gardens Galleria in the cities of Bengaluru, Mohali, and Noida, along with Great India Place in Dehradun and Bhopal. A noteworthy addition is Downtown in Mohali.
