The residence is priced at a whopping amount of 20.4 million Euros. It has a value of approximately Rs 180 Crore. With all houses owned by Mr. Vijay Mallya, Cornwall Terrace Residences has some issues with bank authorities. However, Mr. Mallya was put in Bahamian trust funds to save property. These Funds are in the name of his mother, children. Cornwall Terrace was designed by Decimus Burton, who is known to be one of the most renowned architects of Regency and Georgian.

Another property at Ladywalk Mansion, London: Ar Tewin Village, Hertfordshire, the Ladywalk Mansion is purchased by Mr. Vijay Mallya from the owner, Mr. Anthony Hamilton. In 2015, Mallya was the owner of Formula 1 Force India and bought property at a value of 11.5 Million Euros. The mansion is guarded by security guards and surveillance by CCTV Cameras. It is understood that Sri Vijay Mallya lives in the Ladywalk mansion. 

Mr. Vijay Mallya house at Bengaluru seized but not auctioned or sold: Sri Vijay Mallya is the proud owner of 40,000 sq ft. It adds a large Penthouse that is on top of a Skyscraper in a Bungalow.
