Mrs Athiya Shetty, cricketer husband K L Rahul, have invested within 3,350 sq feet of property at Bandra’s Pali Hill. It is with Rs 20 Crores price that has been paid by them. Sandhu Palace building that gives documents with partial occupation certificate from BMC. 

The residential developments by Sri Shetty and their family have been creating more space for his family without putting every money at risk or getting multiple developments in his name. This shows his business acumen where he understands tax structure and every other development which keeps him at ease. He has also come up with restaurants and other business ventures in real estate which makes him a man with multiple business interests.
