New Real Estate Projects in Delhi – 2025

The residential project gives one of the most breathtaking view of Delhi-Ridge or the captivating beauty of the Yamuna. Multiple flyovers that go all the way to multiple venues and metro lines that let you reach everywhere or all over New Delhi. A city that may give a transformational look, but the more it grows, its internal developments seem to be collapsing. The rains that reach as monsoon are enough to show how unclean, unhygienic the city is. But to give it beauty, that is about an overhype structure with multiple malls and multiplex, residential properties will create chaos that will never make it a part of a world-class city. A well planned and organized city is with a beginning, but if the motto is to give back on the back, it will make the city as nothing to cry about. If you see the history, it is all about the plundering of resources since its inception as Hastinapur; the nearby areas all around Delhi seem to be a better breathing space.

But still, if you look to get more out of the city, which is just a hoopla of its past then here are some projects that will add to the existing mess. Although if you wish to see the city with its greatness then first the people who have all the backward thought about owning multiple homes and put it on resale should be avoided. Let me see an opportunity with the resales of homes. Do you care for homes in multiple numbers you own, or with 2-3 properties within a city, make you feel better? It is quite obvious to understand that a person who needs to have multiple homes is not confined with one city but multiple cities and countries.

If you wish to speak that I have multiple homes, you are nothing more than a broker. So, to own the city, you need to get something of your own. But most of the time, business from IT to Media, every aspect is with some other person who is not good enough to regulate it. If you look for the IGI airport, it sets its own rules and remains in jeopardy during the festive season. What the media says is that you are not settled down. That ‘s why you are running to other cities. It is just a thought that shows your literacy level and is not even near to education. The same is with city folks who do not have quality in any aspect, but quantity is what backs with every development. The same is with residential or commercial structures.

Any city with one river cannot turn into a mess, but the city is a mess, and so is the pollution level. Almost all the factories are removed, and new one has to follow strict norms. The vehicle emissions are to be strictly followed. It is from BS iv to BS vi, but the AQI meters from morning to evening create suffocation. So, unless you make your city with developments that make it a better city to live in, creating multiple structure will not let your standards grow. If you visit any area of New Delhi from CP to Janpath, you will find mediocre people who have no other work but to take you to the red light area. If you wish to stay within rented accommodation, then the moment you leave your house and get children and your wife with you, multiple people will be behind on bikes. All you can do is drive fast or slow. New Delhi or Delhi is one of the most hostile city all over India and the world. Still, people do not have any other place to keep away those people who have no other job but to make things difficult. Road rage is the most common way to show your internal gut or behaviour. Thankfully, an outsider will not do it, but a person with a group who wishes to get into the wrong side of the law will do it.

Even, Mumbai nor Bengaluru has such issues. But still, we find it as a good place to live. Once and for all, you cannot change the behaviour of the people who have been ruining this city. If anyone from this city visits any tier two or three city in India, they will find more civilized people. Still, they come back from such cities and show their true traits to be called as Delhites. To get a metro network is not a big job, but a fool can feel proud about it. If, as a local, you wish to speak against those who come from other cities, then how do you have the right to visit other cities for work or do other necessary aspect as Tourism. I do not find any good civic sense in this city, although giving heaps of praise is for those who do not know how to live within a city.

If you are so proud of your city as Delhi, create a city that looks beautiful rather than come up with new projects in Delhi 2025. If somebody is investing here in New Delhi rather than somewhere outside, he or she is strangling his neck forever. If, as Delhites, you think that any person who is investing in New Delhi will run away with little push over the brink, then you is making a mistake because people know how to get you out rather than themselves getting out!
